This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Abundance Avenue LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through ExecutiveFluency.org, including any related domains, subdomains, checkout pages, or payment platforms operated by the Company, including executivefluency.samcart.com (collectively, the “Website”), and applies to all services, programs, courses, digital products, events, and offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* 1:1 coaching services
* Executive coaching engagements
* Group coaching programs
* Masterminds
* Workshops and intensives
* Online courses
* Digital programs
* Trainings and certifications
* Memberships
* Events (virtual or in-person)
* Templates, guides, and downloadable resources
* Any other digital or service-based offering
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Change of mind
* Scheduling conflicts
* Financial circumstances
* Dissatisfaction with results
* Failure to complete or participate
* Misunderstanding of program scope
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Due to the immediate access nature of digital materials:
* All digital products, programs, and course materials are non-refundable.
* Access is considered “used” once login credentials or materials are delivered.
By purchasing digital Services, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this may waive applicable cooling-off rights where permitted by law.
3. PAYMENT PLANS
If you enroll in a payment plan:
* You are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.
* Payment plans are a courtesy, not a subscription.
* Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.
If payments are missed:
* Access to Services may be suspended or revoked.
* Coaching sessions may be paused or canceled.
* Certificates or completion status may be withheld.
* Outstanding balances remain due.
* Accounts may be sent to collections where permitted by law.
4. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to seek resolution.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
* Immediate termination of access may occur.
* Coaching sessions may be canceled.
* Course access may be revoked.
* Community access may be terminated.
* Certificates or deliverables may be withheld.
* Outstanding balances may become immediately due.
We reserve the right to present proof of:
* Purchase
* Agreement to Terms
* Participation
* Access logs
* Download records
to the payment processor or financial institution.
5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with results.
You acknowledge and agree that:
* Coaching and educational Services do not guarantee outcomes.
* Promotions, salary increases, business growth, or career advancements are not promised.
* Results depend on individual effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.
6. 1:1 COACHING PACKAGES & INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
All 1:1 coaching services provided by Abundance Avenue LLC, including single sessions, multi-session packages, interview coaching, negotiation coaching, executive coaching engagements, intensives, VIP days, and private consulting are non-refundable.
This includes:
Individual coaching sessions
Session bundles or packages
Executive coaching retainers
Strategy intensives
VIP Days
Private advisory engagements
Once a coaching package or session is purchased:
No full or partial refunds will be issued.
Unused sessions are not refundable.
Dissatisfaction with coaching style or delivery does not qualify for a refund.
Scheduling conflicts do not qualify for a refund.
Failure to utilize sessions within the designated timeframe does not qualify for a refund.
If a Client chooses to discontinue coaching before completing a package:
Remaining sessions are forfeited.
No refunds or credits will be issued.
All coaching packages must be used within the program term outlined at purchase or in the coaching agreement. Expired sessions are forfeited.
7. MISSED SESSIONS & UNUSED SERVICES
Failure to schedule, attend, or complete Services does not entitle you to a refund.
* Missed coaching sessions may be forfeited.
* Unused sessions expire at the end of the program term.
* Non-participation does not relieve payment obligations.
8. PROGRAM REMOVAL OR TERMINATION
If you are removed from a program or Service due to violation of Terms of Use, conduct policies, or community standards:
* No refunds will be issued.
* Remaining payment plan balances remain due.

10. CORPORATE OR EMPLOYER-SPONSORED CLIENTS
If Services are purchased by an employer or organization:
* Refunds, if any, are governed by the corporate agreement.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or program disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or emergencies.
Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where legally required, eligible refunds will be issued in accordance with statutory obligations.
