This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all coaching services, sessions, packages, and engagements offered by Abundance Avenue LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through ExecutiveFluency.org, including any related domains, subdomains, or booking platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing or scheduling Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. One-On-One COACHING SESSIONS
This includes all private services such as:
* Interview coaching
* Salary negotiation coaching
* Executive coaching
* Strategy sessions
* Career advisory sessions
* Offer negotiation preparation
* Intensives and VIP sessions
Rescheduling Notice Requirement
A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required to reschedule a session.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be denied and treated as a missed session.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
The following will result in session forfeiture:
* Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice
* Failing to attend a scheduled session
* Arriving more than 15 minutes late
* Failing to join due to untested technology or connectivity issues
Forfeited sessions are not refundable, transferable, or creditable.
2. PREPARATION & RESERVED CAPACITY
Coaching sessions — particularly interview and negotiation coaching — require advance preparation, analysis, and reserved scheduling capacity.
As such:
* Coaching time is allocated upon booking.
* Preparation work may begin prior to the session.
* Reserved time cannot be reassigned on short notice.
For these reasons, late cancellations and no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
3. SESSION EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
* Sessions must be used within the program or package term.
* Expired sessions are forfeited.
* Unused sessions are not refundable or transferable.
Failure to schedule sessions within the allotted timeframe does not extend the expiration date.
4. MULTI-SESSION PACKAGES
For coaching packages:
* Sessions must be scheduled and completed within the designated engagement period.
* Unused sessions expire at the end of the term.
* Discontinuing coaching early does not entitle you to refunds or credits.
5. GROUP PROGRAMS
For group coaching programs or workshops:
* Missed sessions are not refundable.
* Replays may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
* Enrollment is non-transferable.
6. EVENTS, INTENSIVES & VIP DAYS
For intensives, VIP days, or special events:
* Registrations are final.
* No refunds are issued for cancellations.
* Credits may be issued at the Company’s discretion only.
7. COMPANY-INITIATED RESCHEDULING
The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to:
* Illness
* Emergencies
* Technical failures
* Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled without penalty to the Client.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or emergencies.
Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse Services without refund if a Client:
* Violates Terms of Use
* Engages in harassment or misconduct
* Disrupts sessions or programs
* Fails to meet payment obligations
Outstanding balances remain due where applicable.
10. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any portion of this policy does not constitute a waiver of enforcement in future instances.
